That means creating homes that not only look exceptional, but also perform at a higher level for the people living in them. Through Substrait, I share that commitment to quality, energy-efficient construction, and thoughtful detailing across every project. What drives me most is helping lift the standard of residential building in New Zealand. I’m a certified Passive House tradesperson and Certified Pro Clima installer, and I’m increasingly focused on healthier, more comfortable, and more efficient homes. I’m now looking into building a Passive House to sell, as part of that bigger mission to prove that better building can also be beautiful, practical, and commercially viable. I see a Newtech ambassador role as a natural fit because I value innovation, strong design, and products that help deliver better outcomes for builders and clients alike.
